If you aren't completely stoked on our products, if it just doesn't work for you, return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products purchased from us may be returned for any reason. (We don't refund shipping costs unless items are defective.)

Please include your order number and briefly explain to us your reason(s) for requesting a return or exchange. We can better serve you if we understand the reasons for your request. You will be responsible for the shipping and shipping charges to return your product(s). When we receive your package, we will credit the card you paid with or send a check for the full purchase price of your product. Please allow up to several weeks for package delivery to us, and for us to process your request(s).


Returns For Different Size Terms and Conditions:

If you ordered a pair of our shorts, and they just don’t fit right and you want to swap them out for another size…here’s how to do it. 


• Send us an email at returns@nezium.life and include your order number and that you’d like to return for a different size
• Ship the product(s) back to us at (Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to return the wrong size product):

• Once your return is received, we will then refund your order and then you can place a new order for the correct size. 
Defective/Flawed Product 

We stand behind all of our products. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, please email us at returns@nezium.life and we will get your defective product replaced.
